• Notes

  (5'10" tall, wavy black hair, light brown eyes, low forehead, prominent chin and eyebrows, widest face/head and 2nd biggest head of Norfolk men). He served as 9th President (1924-28) and 12th President (1934) of the Norfolk Executive Council.
