Peyton from ye same." 9 Event: Deed 1680 Chotank Parish, VA Note: Henry was of age when he gave deed in Chotank Parish in 1680. In 1680reference was made to the Upper Parish as Stafford Parish and theLower Parish as Choatank Paarish. By 1702, Choatank was renamed St.Paul's Parish and Stafford Parish became Overwharton Parish. Theboundary between the two was Passapatanzy Creek (now in KingGeorgeCo). 10
