    • 3rd Earl Cadogan
      4 April 1810 he married Louisa Honoria Blake and they became the parents of six children. He entered the Royal Navy in 1796, became Rear-Admiral of the Blue in 1841, Vice-Admiral in 1851, Admiral of the Blue in 1857, and Admiral of the Red in 1863. From 1830 until 1837 he was Extra Naval Aide-de-Camp to King William IV and Naval Aide-de-Camp to Queen Victoria from 1837 until 1841. From 1833 until his death he was Sloane Trustee of the British Museum.
