  • Notes
    • The surname 'Fuller' is an English occupational (craft or trade) name derived from methods of processing woolen cloth ('fulling'), wherein both shrinkage and thickening is achieved by moistening, heating, and pressing the woven material. A person experienced in the process became known as a 'fuller.' Even the craft was mentioned in the Bible. 'White as no fuller could make."

There is a record of a Priscilla Woodworth marrying Amos Fuller June 29, 1721.
Her father was Benjamin Woodworth. BENJAMIN'S farm was situated in the northeast part of (Lebanon), and, on account of its remoteness from the church, we find in 1714 among the 24 signers of a petition for a new church, the names of Benjamin, Ezekiel, Benjamin, Jr., Ebenezer and Henry. Who Henry was I have been unable to learn, but the others are undoubtedly the children of BENJ AMIN (23). In 1716 a new church was formed, called Lebanon North Parish or Lebanon Crank, and in 1804 this parish was cut off from Lebanon and made into the town of Columbia.
