  - Husbandman, maltster property: sold 23 acres on east side of home lot in Rehoboth to son Robert for 80 pounds on 5/17/1725. sold 25 acres on west side of home lot in Rehoboth to son Jonathan for 80 pounds on 5/18/1725. sold several lots near Coxes Meadow in Rehoboth for fifty pounds to son Ebenezer on 1/11/1726. sold half of original homelot on Palmer River to daughter Abigail for 60 pounds on 3/17/1727. sold 6 acres on east side of Palmer River for 60 pounds to brother Nathaniel on 12/18/1730. (Mcteer & Warner) legalities: sued for debt about 1728 and thrown into jail when unable to pay. Edward Glover received judgement for 2 pounds against Nehemiah and Robert Millard on 3/27/1732.
