This is the last Will and Testament of me Lionel Ernest Newman of Happy Valley in the Province of South Australia Gentleman.
I revoke all wills and other testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I give my silver watch to Patteson Womesley Nickalls of Chislehurst Kent in England Gentleman.
I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my eldest brother Robert Lydstone Newman of Number 9 Great Cumberland Place London Wine Merchant and appoint him the sole executor of this my Will.
In witness whereof I have set my hand to this my will the eighteenth day of September one thousand eight hundred and ninety six. Lionel E.
