Ambassador to France 1446, sued for peace.
Appt. Justice (1461) in Eyre for forests south of Trent.
attained his majority in 14 Henry VI (1436). Three years later he was sent as ambassador into Picardy to make a peace treaty with the King of France.
In 1445, upon obtaining a confirmation of the Dukedom of Norfolk, he had a place assigned to him in Parliament and elsewhere next to the Duke of Exeter.
He was succeeded by his son.
