  • Notes
    • When she was a teenager, Rose left the farm and became a housekeeper for a priest near Charlotte, IA. She met William Broderson in Iowa. Their wedding trip from Charlotte, IA, to Clintonville, WI, was made in a Model T Ford and took 3 days. After their wedding, they both were employed by the County Farm near Charlotte. After William died in 1946, Rose was a housekeeper for Ray Brown, a Charlotte farmer. She later moved to Clintonville to live with her sister, Anna, until her death.
