• Notes

  15-02-1809 verkoopt de Franse administratie het geconfisceerde particuliere bezit Lichtenberg voor 76.000 francs aan Christiaan Coenegracht "maire" te Maastricht. Hij was lid van de administratie van het Arrondissement Maastricht 1794, 1796-1798, door keizer Napoleon benoemd tot maire van Maastricht 1808, bleef dit tot 05-1815, president van het kiescollege van het arrondissement 1812; hij had aan de universiteit van Leuven wijsbegeerte en rechten gestudeerd, was na 1815 nog lid van de Provinciale Staten van Limburg en woonde op huize Hoogeweerth te Heugem. Christiaan overleed 18-08-1818 en werd 20-08-begraven midden in de kerk van St. Pieter onder de kroon. Naast Lichtenbergwas Christiaan nog eigenaar van Hoogcruts , Sinnich en Kasteel Hoogeweerd(waar hij woonde). Zijn dochter Maria Christina Sara Dorothea Coenegracht ( * 23-09-1838 - † 04-05-1866) bewoont vanaf haar huwelijk met Hubertus Theodorus Laurentius Straetmans (16-07-1862 te Maastricht) het goed Lichtenberg. De ouders van Hubertus Theodorus Laurentius (Hubert Theodore Laurentius) Straetmans/Straatmans waren: Philippus Josephus STtraetmans en Maria Elisabeth Bemelmans.
