      Het oorspronkelijke perceel werd in 1793 gesplitst door de weduwe van Johan van Neurenberg. Zij verkocht het werkhuis (het voormalig woonhuis van de familie van der Hult) aan de Hoge Nieuwstraat en hield de stallen en
      koetshuis aan de zijde van de Binnenwalevest zelf in eigendom.
      Na het overlijden van Johanna van Neurenberg-Reepmaker werd zowel het huis Nieuwehaven 29 als de stallen en koetshuis geërfd door Willem Johan en Herman Pieter Rees, zonen van Johanna´s zus en zwager Mattheus Rees en Christina Reepmaker. Erfgenaam van de kinderloze broers Willem Johan en Herman Pieter Rees was Sara Reepmaker, dochter van burgemeester mr. Jacob Reepmaker en Emmerentia Christina Rees. Haar moeder was een zuster van de broers Rees. Zij huwde op 19 mei 1818 te Dordrecht met mr. Adriaan Pit, een koopman.
      Op 10 juni 1820 worden de stallen en het koetshuis verkocht aan Jonkheer Jacob Cornelis Jantzon van Erffrenten van Capelle. Jonkheer Jacob Cornelis Jantzon van Erffrenten van Capelle (Breda 1769 - Dordrecht 1859)
      was burgemeester van Dordrecht tussen 1839 en 1852. Hij was een vermaarde kunstverzamelaar
      en mede-oprichter van het Dordrechts Museum.
