  Ref; FTM, Genealogy Site, Descendants of John Hobart/Hubbard Ref; Peter's Journal- "Peter Hobart, Joshua Hobart's son bapt. July 1642." Died a Mariner in Barbadoes. He was listed as a resident there. His land in Hingham, near Coad Pond, New England, estimated at 100 acres. The land was given to him by his father, Capt. Joshua Hubbard . Also listed a house in Boston. A child was mention in the Will, but unknown in the family. In his Will he appointed his wife as executrix, his father, Joshua, Ensighne, John Hull of Boston and his brother , Jacob Elliot, to be excutor.
