He was born about 1703 and succeeded to the Baronetcy 20 June 1714. He matriculated 12 June 1718 at Exeter College, Oxford. He was M.P. for Cornwall from 1722 until 1744 when he died. He had married Catherine Morice on 3 October 1725 but she died 16 June 1740 and was buried at Crowan, while he was also buried there 23 August 1744.

He married Mary Delahay on 22 May 1695 at St.George's Chapel, Windsor, and died 20 June 1714 aged forty-four and was buried at Crowan. The will of his widow was dated 13 June 1717.

He was baptised 6 April 1645 at St.Andrew's, Plymouth, and matriculated 17 July 1663 at Exeter College, Oxford. He married Anne Jenkyn on 14 November 1665 at St. Columb Major and was created a Baronet on 11 December 1671; was M.P. for St.Michael 1679-1681. He inherited his father's properties in August 1684.
Sir John St.Aubyn, 1st Baronet, died in 1687. His widow married William Spencer on 15 October 1696 at St.Bride's, London. After he died, she married Richard Page on 22 July 1708 at Paddington and she herself died in or before 1712.
